Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education and Higher Secondary Education has declared HSC examination result July 2016 on August 24, 2016 at 1 pm in its official website. Lakhs of candidates, who were appeared for the examination can now check their MSBSHSE HSC Supplementary Result 2016.
A total of 1,23,174 candidates were registered for the HSC Examination July 2016 out of which 1,21,799 candidates were appeared in the examination. Only 32,921 students were able to qualify the examination. The overall passing percentage was stood at 27.03 percent.

MSBSHSE HSC Supplementary Result 2016 Passing Percentage
In terms of passing percentage Aurangabad division has got the highest passing percentage of 39.29 percent followed by Nagpur with 34.52, Latur with 30.32 percent, Pune with 28.16 percent, Kolhapur 28.12 percent, Nasik with 27.18 percent, Mumbai with 21.93 percent, Konkan with 21.34 percent and Amravati with 18.48 percent.
89,513 male candidates and 33,661 female candidates were registered for the examination. 88,413 male candidates and 33,386 female candidates were appeared in the examination. Out of which 22,393 male candidates passed the examination and 10,528 female candidates passed the examination. The overall pass percentage of male candidates was recorded as 25.33 percent and the overall passing percentage of female candidates was recorded as 31.53 percent.
In terms of stream Science stream has got the highest (30.00 percent) passing percentage followed by HSC-VOC – 27.50 percent, Commerce – 26.44 percent and Arts – 25.86 percent.
