National Institute of Open Schooling is going to declare Secondary Examination NIOS Result 2016 Class 10th Result 2016 2016 on 9th of June, 2016. Lakhs of candidates who were appeared for the examination can now check their results through the official website of the board www.nios.ac.in. Candidates are required to enter their Roll No in order to check their result.

Candidates are informed that results would also be available at www.indiaresults.com . Candidates can also get their results through SMS, in order to check your result through SMS follow the simple procedure mentioned below.

For Class X – Type – NIOS10 <rollno> and send it to the provided number. The Number is 5676750.

Candidates can also know their results by dialing NIOS learner support center (Toll Free) – 18001809393 or by sending the mail at Isc[at]nios[dot]ac[dot]in.

NIOS Result of secondary examination will be declared on 9th June, 2016 at 3:00 PM. Candidates are advised to keep their Roll No handy to check NIOS Result 2016 Class 10th Result 2016.

  • From the menu tab, click on Results → Public Examination (Sec./ Sr. Sec./Voc.)

  • Enter your 11/12 digit Roll No
  • Click submit button to check result

NIOS is an open schooling board which offers various course and programmes which includes, Secondary and Senior Secondary Courses, Nearly 80 Vocational Education Courses and Open Basic Education (OBE) Programme at three levels – ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ equivalent to dasses 3rd, 5th and 8th respectively.

According to the annual report of the board, in 2013-14, 524566 students enrolled themselves in NIOS Academic Courses. 45.27% of these students were enrolled for Secondary Courses and 54.73% for Senior Secondary Courses.
